Natural Hoof Care is some much more than trimming hooves. The whole horse is involved in genuine natural hoof care. This connection between the horse, his hooves and his environment  gives potential to revolutionise that horses health and ultimately his quality of life..

To learn more about how to achieve this we must look more closely at wild, free roaming and the self maintaining horse. They offer us an infinate amount of information that we humans are only just beginning to grasp the significance of.

There are hundreds of thousands of horse in this relativley sophisticated country (UK) who suffer the ill effects of an unnatural lifestyle. Conditions such as obesity, laminitis, worm infestation, navicular syndrome, etc just don't occur in the wild. They are life threatening and avoidable.

This page an attempt to bring the wild horse model and the domestic horses we own closer together. Both these groups of horses suffer at the hands of ignorance and apathy.
